Dim sum

dim sum is what we eat for breakfast.I know some dim sum like Sui Mai it is noddle wrapped around pork.after we would drink tea. tea is tree leafs with hot water.

what would they eat with?

Back then we didn't eat with forks and spoons we used chopsticks today we still use them chopsticks are basically two sticks made out of bamboo bot today they are just made with plastic or wood.Also we did not use spoons we just drink out of it like from a bowl.

old style restaurants

Did you know Chinese restaurants now and then in Asian countries look totally different if you don't believe me take a look for yourself!!They have more old style things like lanterns,woden chairs,woden tables and the whole building is almost mad out of wood and rock!

first chinese food blog I have ever made!!

Around the world there are many foods but I chose Chinese food because I am Chinese and I like Chinese food and I think it is delicious and another reason is because i don't know any blogs that talk about Chinese food so enjoy my blog!!

what are all the ingreadeints in those foods I speak of?

Pecking duck is made out of duck skin and a flat piece of noddle with some vegetables and oyster sauce.chow mien is made out of noddles and with beef and vegetables with some sauce.Chinese donut it is starch and bread they fry it and it comes out cruncy.fried rice is made out of rice shrimp peas pork or salty fish with carrots all mixed up in a wok fring itand finaly the congee it is basicly rice with water is depends what kind of congee you want it is pretty healthy.
